(Insulation)

Insulation kits are used to prevent flange corrosion and provide electrical protection when a seal between dissimilar flanges is required.

These types of gaskets are made in 3 models for raised surface flanges, smooth surface and joint ring flanges.

Insulation gaskets are generally made of phenolic resins, both sides of which are covered by neoprene rubber.

The phenolic part provides suitable electrical resistance and rubber coating for sealing role.

The complete set of insulation gaskets includes the following parts:

1. Insulation gasket
2. Insulation sleeves by number of screws
3. Double screw insulating washers
4. Steel washers with twice the number of screws
